Virtual counseling offers the convenience of having appointments without taking unnecessary time out of your day to drive to and from the counseling office. It increases the ability to make it to an appointment on time if your running late. Virtual counseling allows you join from the comfort of your home if you're feeling under the weather or when anxiety becomes an obstacle. It also provides access to care for folks that live in rural areas or areas with limited therapists. These are conveniences that in-person counseling simply cannot offer.
