Women often experience stress when the desire to ''have it all'' is met little support, few resources, and limited time. The juggling of tasks, challenges in the workforce, concerns regarding aging parents, and complexities of attending to family needs while maintaining a sense of self can leave women feeling depressed, anxious, and helpless. Familial, cultural, and societal expectations can be very demanding of women.
