I utilize evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) – because sometimes, you need more than just good vibes and positive affirmations to navigate life's challenges. I've got 15 years under my belt helping folks with clinical concerns including anxiety, depression, addictions, trauma, burnout, relationship issues, stress management, and self-view (just to name a few).
